One Breath - New Freediving Book

British Freediver Emma Ferrall has written a freediving book full with photos from freediving photographer Frederic Buyle. Emma gives us ‘a reflection on freediving’ with her personal story and experiences with freediving. You can read and see some parts of the book on her website.
